Lloyd Associates, Inc. was established in 1988 at Fulton Street in Brooklyn, New York by Lloyd and Azeema Budhram. In 1991 the business relocated to White Plains, New York, its current location.

Profile of the Owners

Lloyd Budhram is a graduate gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the State University of New York.

Azeema Budhram is a graduate from Pace University with a MBA in Finance.

Both Lloyd and Azeema have traveled the world in search of quality gems, jewelry and minerals. This has provided them with the opportunity of viewing collections of many of the most famous jewelry in the world and gaining first hand knowledge on the process involved in producing some of the finest carvings and gemstones. Lloyd and Azeema have a strong commitment to pleasing their customers by offering them a unique selection of quality merchandise at an affordable price, and as such take great pride in personally handpicking inventory.

Dereck Khan has a diploma in jewelry design and has been a jeweler/designer for over 20 years.

No job is too big or too small. It is truly a delight for Dereck to redesign or custom make a fine piece of jewelry from our large collection of loose gemstones. He takes pride in creating masterpieces the good old fashion way by hand-making his jewelry. His expertise also lies in stone setting, assembling, polishing, waxing, casting, jewelry repairs and sizing of rings.
